Job Description

At Keysight, we help companies address their toughest measurement and verification challenges with precision and confidence. We offer the most advanced measurement products in the industry using Keysight’s world class acquisition and generation hardware combined with advanced calibration and measurement software.

You will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. You will solve complex administrative problems requiring breadth/depth of customer service knowledge.

You will be in charge of:

  • Performing the administration support to our customers, ensure that we are managing the repair/calibration requests
  • Point of contact for the support customers, handling their enquiries.
  • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments
  • Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment
  • Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity

 

This role is temporary. 

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Typically a minimum of 1 year relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • Requires customer service and administration knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.

Skills:

  • Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service, organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
  • Must be able to operate in a complex organization and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
