Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Sales/Field engagement
Assist field teams on pre-sales opportunities with a focus on early engagement (requirements gathering / customer presentation and solution proposal)
Support/drive/lead high profile/revenue PoC along with field team
Provide advanced technical support (coordinating with support/engineering team) and possible work-around
Provide supporting technical materiel (cookbooks, TOIs, videos) to enable the field teams
PM/Engineering Interaction/Collaboration
Work closely with PM on tracking, articulating and prioritizing feature requests from the field (with good use of standard documents)
Effectively influence features roadmap based on field feedbacks and technology trends and advancements
Help with new products and solutions launch
Technology and Thought Leadership
Build solutions to test technologies rather than just application or protocols.
Support Keysight/ISG technical events, Tech Talks, and customer/Public speaking engagements
Author White Papers and technology Webinars, for both internal and external use
Assist with Solution Architect lab development and deployment


Job Qualifications


Requirements and Skills
Education & Working Experiences:
Bachelors or higher in an Engineering or Science field;
15+ years of telecommunications industry experience

Solid knowledge and working experience in:
VoLTE and VoWifi
Diameter and Radius
5G Core and IoT (plus)
5G Radio & LTE/UE and Access (plus)

Solid knowledge and working experience in:
Network testing following OSI model
Working knowledge in:
ESXi / Openstack / Public Cloud
Other Skills:
Great communications skills with customers as well as within internal organizations
Adapts to changing environment and priorities
Passionate about new technologies and new challenges and a quick learner
Visionary/Innovator: ability to look beyond the technology and develop new solutions and ideas
Team player with skills of leading a project or initiative
Experience with test tools, preferably Ixia IxLoad
