Digital Curriculum Training Lead

The Keysight Education Services(KES) business in SSG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital engineer to join our team.  In this role you will be the WW lead for content development for Digital training.  Use your technical and customer application expertise to lead the development of customer facing technical training that will be deployed in both face-to-face events as well as through our online training platform.  You will collaborate closely with customers, contractors and internal organizations to design and develop customer eLearning solutions as well as content for AE Startup and Productivity Consulting Services while maintaining oversight of training quality and customer acceptance.  Join us in building a best in class operation that takes best in class content and turns it into best in class training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of Digital customer training and AE consulting Curriculum roadmap, in conjunction with KES Customer Training Operations Manager.
  • Design and create content for education solutions for customer eLearning and AE consulting services using instructional design principles. Training material may include labs/demos, lectures, eLearning modules, assessment exams, videos, webinars, and animations.
  • Identify, recruit and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the company.  Lead this cross-functional team of experts to determine appropriate curriculum and course outlines to create new or leverage existing content.
  • Use processes, tools, and partners managed by KES Customer Training Operations Manager and team to develop training programs.
  • Work with outside eLearning tool instructional designer consultant to ensure the content is delivered in a high quality and interactive manner.
  • Develop and drive a content management strategy for training and consulting material that can be easily accessed and leveraged. 
  • Adhere to training development standards, guidelines and quality requirements as indicated by the KES product life cycle process.
  • Ensure a high-quality assurance process takes place for all training content and formats.
  • Support the deployment of eLearning courses and AE consulting content to the Regional delivery organizations to ensure seamless transition from R&D to delivery. 
  • Establish and maintain a linkage with the Central Marketing Office to create and support an integrated strategy for the customer learning journey for content creation and management across the customer buying cycle.
  • May participate in various projects to support improvements in the development and delivery function of the customer education business.
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors and/or Masters EE degree
  • 7-10+ years of experience working in the Test and Measurement industry with deep technical expertise across a broad range of Keysight Digital instruments, software solutions, and industry solutions.
  • Experience with interfacing and working with customers’ on how to use test and measurement equipment to solve measurement challenges.
  • Customer Training and Field Training experience with solid reviews
  • Experience creating curriculum roadmaps for delivered training content
  • Demonstrates excellence in examples of presentation development and verbal skills that explain measurement concepts in clear, practical terms for a customer’s application
  • Role can be performed from: major  Keysight locations: Santa Clara, Santa Rosa, Colorado Springs
