Job Description

Tests ,calibrates/validates and repairs electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy.  Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.  Work is typically performed at an Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.  Works on service support assignments with clearly defined objectives.  Performs technical duties that may require use of judgement.  Solves test, repair, calibration and refurbishment problems which require technical knowledge.


Job Qualifications

May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with automated calibration procedures on rf electronic test equipment is preferred. Move to next level as knowledge gained and demonstrated ability to work more independently.
