The Keysight Finance and Business Intelligence Initiatives and Solutions Team (FBIS) is chartered to provide finance system solution design and development expertise, consulting, and project management in support of the numerous Finance and Business enterprise initiatives.  FBIS is a very global and diverse team involved in critical project work that impacts the achievement of Keysight goals. 



Generic Job Description:

- Project Management : Analyze, solution design and execute design, development and deployment of ERP and BI solutions including related business processes.

- Provide ERP and process expertise and consultancy to Operations to achieve next level process optimization.

- Ensure effective management of change associated with ERP financial process changes - including enhancements and fixes.

- Ensure integration of solutions throughout the key business flow with an end-to-end solution.



Measures of Success:

- Increase customer satisfaction : Effective, efficient Customer consulting by identifying and recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for solutions

- Increase speed to opportunity : Build/increase FBIS capability, capacity & flexibility, Contribution to FBIS University and Progress per plan on individual development plan

- Leverage the operating model : Zero compliance issues for process and application design, signoff by sox lead and zero audit issues

- Accelerate growth : Complete your assigned projects on time, in scope and within resource plan, utilizing project management toolkit

Job Qualifications

Qualifications :  Qualification à Certified Accountant (CA/ICWA/CPA//CFA or equivalent) / Bachelor Degree (Finance)

Work Experience: 5-7 years post qualification experience in Project Management for financial modules, primarily in Oracle ERP especially in the areas of Cost Management with understanding of linkages with inventory module, procurement, BOM and reporting. Demonstrated experience in financial process re-engineering and improvement initiatives. Overall very good grounding in Finance functions.


Any Supervisory Experience: NA


Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

- Strong knowledge and application of accounting skills in multiple Finance functions such as Cost Management, inventory module, General Ledger etc.

- Good knowledge of cost management function and processes in oracle and its linkages to inventory module, procurement, BOM, reporting.

- Aptitude & willingness to work from system perspective, understand the system and its functionalities.

- Ability to understand the system set ups and its implication to the processes

- Strong Solution Engineering Skills

- Ability to define complex business problems, convert into solutions and fit into the overall finance system architecture.

- Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications.

- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.

- Understanding of Change Management Process

- Thorough understanding of Quality Processes, used for managing projects and programs
