Job Description

  • Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
  • Responsible for payroll processes and ensure the accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process Payroll Reconciliation to identify discrepancies.
  • Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
  • Perform post payroll reporting and support clarifications from teams
  • Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Accounting and/or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 -4 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll; regional HR/payroll experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good spreadsheet skills especially in Excel.
