The Incumbent is required to set up & lead the Global Sales Force Support Team to provide solutions & support to business while partnering with IT.This team is centrally located in Manesar India

  • Responsible for performance management of team members, making sure KPIs are met and participate in review meetings with partners.
  • Able to work in a team environment and be a person others can count on
  • Work on JIRA & write user stories
  • Tackle problems of diverse technical and business scope where solutions require an out-of-box thinking.
  • Work with a global diversified team in a remote environment
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage across regions and cultures
  • Participate & Lead Global programs
  • Ability to coach & mentor team members on skills required to be successful on job
  • Support & adapt to the evolving nature of Job
  • High degree of felxibility to be available to take business calls at odd hours & be able to support business on Indian Holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus typically > 8 years of relevant experience as a technical lead/Supervisor
  • Requires extensive experience and knowledge in job and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in customer focus operational organizations
  • Direct People Management Experience
  • Strong techincal skills (in SalesForce environment)
  • Strong program management skills to ensure projects are delivered against deadlines
  • Experience with Business process / workflow Management
  • Experience with ERP or CRM Application ideally in a Cloud environment
  • Experience with Software Development Project Management especially agile development – Ideally Scrum Master knowledge or certified
