Job Description

Through thorough understanding of the support organization’s activities, provides support to support professionals and management for any of the following responsibilities: document creation for support organization or external customers, performing delegated administrative responsibilities of service tech role, call management, office automation assistance, remote team support, etc. Responds to customer inquiries, acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities for customer feedback. ? Services/Support administrative assignments are diverse and are business- and/ or technically-oriented ? Tasks involve specialized expertise and knowledge in services/support administration ? Problems are non-standard or one of a kind, requiring new or customized solutions

Job Qualifications

? Requires Associate degree and/or higher education, specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ? Typically requires a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. ? Requires a depth of proficiency in a broad range of activities related to job.
