Job Description

A proactive, go getter and an enthusiastic Business Test Coordinator required for understanding, supporting and executing ERP/Cloud Systems Test related activities such as

  • Customer Facing Documents (CFDs) updates
  • Test execution using Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle & Siebel
  • Test reporting, Business/Test communication and coordination etc. using Keysight’s processes, tools (JIRA) and procedures.

This job requires close coordination and synchronization with the Business & Cross functional teams during project’s Test cycles to ensure key project deliverables are delivered timely & accurately as per business’s expectation. Timeliness, ownership, judgment of criticality and ability to independently manage defined tasks are the key essence of this job. Key responsibilities for this role are mentioned hereunder:

 

  • Gain complete knowledge of Oracle, Siebel, CPQ, Salesforce and other Testing tools to confidently transact/support Project related activities such as PPS, CFD testing, Quote/Order creation, Test Reporting etc.
  • Understand Test requirements from Test Lead, gCEG Team or Business & allocate appropriately to the team as required.
  • Execute test activities and address process related queries of the team
  • Independently interact with representatives of Business/Cross functional teams for any clarifications or additional details
  • Support Test/Program Lead with Test related tasks such as cross functional coordination & follow up, reporting, JIRA setup/update etc.
  • Proactively monitor & review data correctness and immediately highlight any concerns/anomalies to the respective Test Lead/Manager to ensure timely communication & resolution. Additionally, perform data analysis on periodic basis to highlight trends and improvement needs on reported data
  • Gain in-depth expertise in a designated process area, ensuring process gaps are identified & resolved, acting as a GBS SPOC for the area
  • Identify training needs of the team & deliver trainings
  • Regularly review automation/improvement opportunities wrt all Test areas and discuss with Test Lead/Manager
  • As and when required, be involved in ad-hoc activities such as preparing presentations & updates
  • Understand and adhere to organization & team's process and quality standards

Job Qualifications

The person should be a graduate from any recognized university preferably in Computers stream with a MINIMUM working experience of 2-3 years in ERP/Cloud Application testing background

 

Technical skills:

 

  • Working knowledge of Oracle is required. CPQ/Salesforce/Siebel understanding is preferred
  • Hands on knowledge of Test execution & management.
  • Project Management knowledge/ experience
  • Good analytical skills for test data analysis and forecasting
  • Working knowledge of xml, SQL will be preferred
  • Working knowledge MS OFFICE tools - Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to test tools/STLC methodologies
  • Basic understanding of Quote to Cash process
  • Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written) ­-Proactive & clear communication ensuring a shared understanding between all the parties
  • Situational Leadership – Understanding managing situations
