The Keysight Finance and Business Intelligence Initiatives and Solutions Team (FBIS) is chartered to provide finance system solution design and development expertise, consulting, and project management in support of the numerous Finance and Business enterprise initiatives.  FBIS is a global and diverse team involved in critical project work that impacts the achievement of Keysight goals.

‘FBIS Project Lead’ will focus in Keysight's Continuity, Compliance and Business Initiatives.  Partnering with the business and operations teams, Project Lead will work through the project lifecycle from analysis and design to testing, deployment and stabilization of the final solution.  The Project Lead will be responsible to partner closely with various Functions and Information Technology teams throughout the project effort and act as focal point between technical and functional team to achieve maximum efficiency.


Bachelors or Masters or University degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience.

This position requires an experienced finance professional with strong knowledge of finance/ERP applications and demonstrated project management/team skills. The successful candidate will have proven capability in leading cross functional projects with global teams; delivering results; taking appropriate risks; and working in a collaborative decision-making model with customers across the company.

Primary position responsibilities include the following:

- Draft project plans with key milestones; create test plans for effective end to end cross functional testing of solution; tracking defects and timely issue resolutions. Able to comprehend end to end solution and issues for effective reporting.   

- Partnering with Business and finance teams to meet business objectives while delivering on projects. This responsibility includes a good understanding of ERP/Finance systems and operational processes; ability to provide effective project consulting to business partners.

- Effective communication across different levels and geographies along with strong Problem solving and conflict management skills. Organizing effective meetings and managing Stakeholder expectations with concise reporting for executives.

Job Qualifications
