Internal Job Description

- Work on Sales force enviroment

  •  Work with application defect management (ticket system like Support Now)
  •  Understanding of the Business process and cloud based service support applications workflow & manage the same
  •  Application testing – ability to develop and maintain an automated test solution
  •  Ability to assess SalesForce release notes and perform impact assessment to application solution. Provide action plan to ensure new SF releases are implemented seamlessly
  • Support & adapt to the evolving nature of Job
  • High degree of flexibility & ability to support on Indian Holidays

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 yrs.

Experience working on Sales force enviroment
Experience with application defect management (ticket system like Support Now)

•Experience in customer focus operational organizations
•Tackle problems of diverse technical and business scope where solutions require an out-of-box thinking.
