Services Sales Specialist

Keysight’s Services Sales organization is experiencing dramatic growth and we have a rare opportunity for the right individual to become part of this exciting transformation. The Services Sales Specialist (SSS) demonstrates sales hunter methodologies and is responsible for selling the entire Keysight Services Portfolio to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives. Their focus will be on acting as a trusted advisor to our customers, influencing long-term strategic direction, and the selling of new service agreements whilst building and maintaining customer relationships.

The successful SSS leads the development and disciplined execution of an account strategy to generate business growth opportunities. Navigating complex selling processes; they proactively lead customers through the sales process to close deals. They explore and understand complex customer requirements on a business and technical level in order to engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base. They must develop outstanding account plans with a deep knowledge of the Keysight services portfolio to build a strong funnel of incremental business.

Presentations/Influencing, Creating & Articulating “The Story”:

  • Responsible for creating Keysight value proposition for customer opportunities and effectively adapting and presenting it to all levels in customer's organization
  • Responsible for co-creating Statement of Work with the service delivery teams and presenting to the customer        

Professional Communications

  • Effectively communicates using when writing (email), presenting, speaking, listening, phone conversations
  • Possesses ability to proactively bring sophisticated perspectives on science, business and technology to all levels of the customer's organization

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you bring with you: 

  • Typically, 8+ years relevant experience of successfully selling services.
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and interfacing with customers at all levels of the organization
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales funnel and develop business plans to enable and accelerate sales growth
  • Strong Customer relationship building skills at all levels
  • Strategic scheduled approach to selling; driven by disciplined execution and proactive proven sales methodologies and mentality
  • Goal Driven with strong relationships inside and outside the company and drives for robust internal partnerships and collaborations cross-functionally
  • Win/ win attitude with sound judgment and resource management
  • Curious/Learning Mindset with a fierce and unwavering desire to know and learn more about their customer and their own profession
  • Works collaboratively with service sales colleagues, the business center, marketing and delivery teams to maximize business results and create growth opportunities

  • An Intimate knowledge of customer organizations and markets are expected
  • Due to security clearance issues a candidate with a FRENCH PASSPORT is preferred
