Proactively drive sales growth and create business opportunity in new and existing markets by thoroughly understanding customer needs.

Responsible to drive assigned sales quota to meet the Keysight Sales organization quota targets, generate existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list, or for strategic partners.

Produces and executes sales/account plans that align with customer challenges and growth opportunities, resulting in exceeding sales quota

Account intelligence through building strong relationships with key people at all level within the organization to fully understand the business need

Acts as the customer voice to influence future product features, design to satisfy customer needs.

Manage the customer orders delivery dateline goals with the appropriate Keysight organization.

Responsible for developing customer satisfaction and positive long-term business relationship with key customers.

Ability to balance longer term strategic engagement with shorter term business results.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electronics / Engineering, or Equivalent
  • Typically 2-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job
  • Strong understanding of electronic test and measurement applications
  • Passion for continuous learning in electronics technology and professional selling
  • Ability to manage and coordinate internal resources to ensure successful business growth, customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency
  • Great communication skills, written, speaking and presenting
  • Solid business judgment with organization & negotiation skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance longer term strategic engagement with shorter term business results
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time

  • Excellent inter-personal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivating with high energy, drive, determination and strong communication path with colleagues and customers.
  • Demonstrated the ability to uncover new business in new markets, to win against the competition in difficult circumstances
