Beyond major accounts, Keysight is strategically engaged on small and medium geographical accounts with a variety of geographically dispersed clients and is looking to support, expand and grow the sales focus across a number of accounts and territories in Japan.

In this position GEO Field Sales Engineer will be the enabler responsible for implementing the Keysight strategy in Japan, and you will work closely with Engineering, Marketing and R&D team to ensure our customers engagement model.

 

As a GEO Field Sales Engineer, you drive the following main tasks:

•                    Deploy your market and territory insights to develop and execute a successful GEO sales plan

•                    Systematically prospect new potential accounts, visit customers, generate new sales engagements, convert funnel into orders, thereby maximizing Keysight territory accounts coverage and business return

•                    Drive the sales process, manage successfully opportunities with leadership and coordination with technical staff and all partners

•                    Develop and build long term relationships and loyalty with customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

•                    University Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

•                    5 – 8 years’ experience in sales, preferably in Test and Measurement or related area

•                    Successful experience in selling complex technical solutions

•                    Good understanding of the competitive environment for positioning Keysight’s unique value proposition

•                    Passionate about customer engagement and delivering high performance

•                    Ability to utilize business and market insights expertise to identify and pursue opportunities

•                    Proven communication skills at local and international level and success in a matrixed environment

•                    Self-motivating with high energy, drive, determination and an ability to work independently while maintaining a strong communication path with colleagues and customers

•                    English Communication (>730 TOEIC)

 •                  Fluent Japanese Communication
