Job Description

Tests, calibrates/validates and repairs mechanical, physical/dimensional and electronic instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company. Work is typically performed at an Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.  Determines and develops approaches to assignments and procedures. Responsible for calibration, preventative maintenance and analysis which require planning and judgment. Solves a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.

Job Qualifications

Requires some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
