Job Description

- You will test, calibrate/validate and repair electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by other companies. Work is typically performed at a Keysight site but occasionally is performed at a customer location.

- You will interpret customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.

- You will determine and develop approaches to assignments and procedures.

- You will be responsible for test, repair, preventative maintenance, calibration and refurbishment duties which require planning and judgment.

- You will solve a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity

Job Qualifications

- May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.

- Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
