Join the Keysight EISG Center of Excellence Product Management team to grow Keysight’s Power Products business through business development engagement with channel team and customers. Keysight’s power products business is a mature product line with significant growth opportunities in high power applications and precision current/voltage test applications. Power is quickly emerging as an area of interest for many customers as energy conservation and energy efficiency become more important requirements in today’s electronic devices.This position requires an ambitious and energic individual with a passion for engaging the channel team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing Keysight power products business.  The Business Development Manager position leads the Product Management Team’s and regional channel teams' efforts to reach customers in high power applications and precision current/voltage test applications. Responsibilities include improving Keysight’s Power Products market position and maximizing its financial growth, define business goals and objectives, identify new business opportunities and keep up to date with market trends. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.  Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.  If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

You will be responsible for the development of market/product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments, identify volume and strategic customers, and develop partnerships. This position requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation. Enables sales by identifying and developing business opportunities and providing information and support for the sales force. May be responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels marketing program.  May perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.

Job Qualifications

The Business Development Manager position requires knowledge and understanding of Keysight’s power products and power market. Experience in high power applications and precision current/voltage test applications is also required in this position. A track record of cross-functional collaboration is a must, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in electrical engineering with 8+ years of power applications experience
  • Keysight power product knowledge and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience or sales experience
  • Can reduce and focus broad business strategies and concepts into structured executable projects with measurable goals
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute technically and demonstrate Keysight power products
  • Ability to deliver effective training to field partners, channel partners, or to enable customers to understand Keysight’s product benefits
  • Proficiency in English
