As a member of the regional Managed Services Division Product Management team your program and project management skills will be put to the test as you incorporate company growth and financial objectives, market analysis, customer experience,  marketing content & promotion design into successful programs targeted at growing the business for both NPI’s and existing high margin aspects of the services portfolio.

Daily activities include
Responsible for managing Service product line(s) throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with stakeholder organizations, to deliver winning products.
Work with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met for both pre and post sales engagements.
Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations.

Enable sales by identifying and developing business opportunities, and providing information and support for the sales force. Including, interfacing with customers through company channels & marketing programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 8+ years relevant experience in product management and marketing, business development, project management related to enabling sales.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, other languages are a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with people across the globe in different functions
  • strong networking capabilities and influencing skills to get results
  • self-starter, independent, hands-on and flexible "can do" attitude
