Job Description

In this job, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. You will respond to and/or provide assistance to Keysight trade customers and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration.

Job Qualifications

  • To be successful in this position, you bring the following with you:

     Native Hebrew and fluent English are a must 
    • Degree in Economics, Administration or equivalent
    • 2-3 years of related professional experience
    • You like working with computers and applications, you are accustomed to MS Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Oracle, Siebel and SalesForce are really nice to have
    • Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of the role: mainly customer relationship management and order management processes

  • You are a team player and have the ability to work under timeline and objective pressure
  • You are a quick learner
  • You have the ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity and prioritize among different tasks ensuring high quality at all time
  • You are self-motivated; work independently with minimum direction in a distributed team environment
  • You like resolving problems, by applying established policies, procedures and tactics
