Job Description

In this job, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing and/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. You will respond to and /or provide assistance to Keysight trade customer and internal customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or lease administration. You like resolving problems, by applying established policies, procedures and tactics. 

6 months temporary contract, potentially extendable.

  • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments
  • Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment
  • Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you bring the following with you:

• Degree in Economics, Administration or equivalent.
• 2-3 years related experience. 
• Computer skills: you like working with computers and applications, you are fluent to use MS OFFICE tools like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of on Oracle platform and Siebel are really nice to have.
• Native Russian and English languages is a MUST HAVE. Other European languages will be taken into account.
• Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job: mainly customer relationship and order management processes.

Moreover, you would also need the following personal abilities:
• You are a team player and have the ability to work under timeline and objective pressure.
• You are a quick learner.
• You ahve the ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity and prioritize among different tasks.
• You are self-motivated; work independently with minimum direction in a distributed team environment.
