Keysight’s EMEAI Sales Organization is looking for a Business Process Representative, with experience in Territory and Funnel Management, to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, based in the Barcelona office.


In this role you are responsible for:

  • Supporting Territory Management for our Sales organization in Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.
  • Defining sales management with their territory and being responsible for the setup and maintenance in Salesforce.
  • Sales Operations with business fundamentals, report production control and development.
  • Participate in business intelligence and Salesforce related projects during the testing, deployment and go-live support.

Job Qualifications

What do you need?

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail, with proven judgment in balancing several dimensions, evaluating and synthetizing information.
  • Good listening skills, critical thinking and ability to ask good questions and formulate a mutual understanding of the request or issue presented.
  • Advanced technology and digital literacy level (the candidate will be exposed to coding).
  • Experience with / capacity for handling large amounts of business data with IT tools; open to learning more data handling skills, including some coding.
  • University degree OR proven level of skills through apprenticeship and relevant work experience.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written (C1 level minimum).
  • Solid handling of MS Office, specifically Excel.

Highly valued:

  • Experience in an international environment or fast-paced multinational company.
  • Holding a similar role in business / customer intelligence.
  • Having worked with tools like Salesforce, SAP, other ERP systems. SQL database skills are also valued.
  • Speaking a second language is a plus.
