As a Software Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for Keysight software sales in the Southeast. Your responsibilities will span a workflow that includes design and simulation to test and verification.  Product responsibilities include Keysight's suite of EEsof EDA design tools, as well as some new Test & Measurement software offerings.  Your customers will be in diverse industries including Aerospace-Defense, Telecommunications, High-speed Computing, Medical Electronics, and Semiconductors.


The Software Sales Specialist will focus on finding New Accounts and New Logos. Software & Solutions are top initiatives within Keysight that require assertive sales people that are focused on Customer Success.

Job Requirements:

1. New Logos: Proven results in finding new customers and developing new business. 
2. Sales Experience: Success in selling highly technical products into a wide range of applications, technologies, and industries.
3. Positioning and Value Propositions: Ability to scale engagements and relationships from technical end users to executives and use advanced selling techniques based on Challenger and Situational Negotiation.
4. Technical: Ability to understand and sell value for a wide range of simulation tools used in the design of RF & Microwave antennas, systems, sub-systems, components, circuit boards, & IC’s and semiconductor devices.

**Position will ideally be based in GA, NC or FL, but other locations in the SouthEast will be considered.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years in technology sales (Software experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated skills in leading and influencing across organizations to achieve sales objectives
  • Demonstrated skills in prospecting, new business creation and time/territory management
  • Experience in EDA tools preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%-50% of the time
